1. Refunds and cancellations
As this is a fundraising event, we are unfortunately unable to issue any refunds for tickets. However, if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, you may be offered a refund or the option to donate the ticket value to the charity.
The event organisers reserve the right to cancel the event for various reasons, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Organisers will notify attendees of the cancellation or rescheduling as soon as possible, usually through the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
2. Photography and video recording
Your image may be captured during the event. By attending, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes, such as on our website or social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know.
3. Privacy notice

4. Conduct and behaviour
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully whilst on Chailey Heritage Foundation property. Disruptive behaviour can lead to ejection from the event without a refund.
5. Restricted access on site
Attendees must stay within the event venue and are not permitted to move around other areas of the site. This is to ensure safety and security. Clear signage and physical barriers may be in place to indicate restricted areas. Attendees are expected to respect these boundaries. Violating these terms can result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Liability
The organisers typically disclaim liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, including vehicles in the car park.
7. Car parking
Attendees must park in designated areas and follow any specific parking instructions provided by the event organisers. Attendees are encouraged to take their own precautions, such as locking their cars and not leaving valuables inside.
8. Vehicle movement around site
There is a 5mph speed limit around Chailey Heritage Foundation to ensure the safety of all attendees and residents. Please adhere to this at all times when moving around the site.
9. Medical assistance
The event organisers will provide medical services, such as first aid, through qualified individuals. Attendees should report any medical incidents to event staff or medical personnel immediately.
